Bas van Raaij
Bas van Raaij is senior consultant at Capgemini. As a business analyst and project leader he focuses at the subject matter Business Intelligence and Performance Management: measuring organizational performance aligned with the strategy.
During his education in Business Administration (Master specialization Knowledge and Information Management) at the Radboud University he has specialized in Performance Management and all facets involved in this process. He graduated on the contribution of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management towards the intelligence of organizations.
After his graduation he gained experience at various clients within the retail, products and logistics industry. Bas further developed his expertise in developing sets of KPIs to make organizations really steerable and co-ordinating the implementation of Performance Management systems.
Bas writes articles with several colleagues and is founder of Intelligent Business and KPI Portal. He also develops a new version of the Intelligent Enterprise scan.
